The Audion Validatable Power Sealer 720 guarantees a high standard of seal integrity for food and non-food products. The machine is equipped with an easy-to-use digital Audion control panel. The machine is equipped with upper and lower sealing bars. When using relative thin laminates the upper sealing bar can be switched off. The impressive seal quality, makes this machine suitable for many different applications also for users of “special laminates”.

Impulse Heat Sealers

Impulse heat sealers are one of the most common types of heat sealers. These have one or two heating elements which are covered by a layer of PTFE or Teflon® fabric type material which prevents the bag sticking to the sealer. The heating elements are not continuously heated; heat is only generated only when the jaws are closed and current flows. When the bag is placed in the impulse heat sealer, the jaws are closed and pressure maintained for the time of the seal then pressure is held for a preset time to allow the seal to cool and to create a good seal.

Foot Operated Impulse Sealers

Foot sealers are great for low-medium usage because they allow sealing to be operated with hands free to aid lifting or positioning your product. Most come with a floor stand and the working height is around 80cm so the operator can stand up or sit down. The seal width is wider than the hand sealers at 5mm giving a more aesthetic finish.

Double Foot Impulse Sealers (X2)

This heavy duty foot sealer has a heating element on both the top and bottom jaws which makes these sealers suitable for thicker material. 150µ to 250µ (600 to 1000 gauge) and some foil pouches or bags, or for bags with a side gusset

Pedestal mounted Vertical Heat Sealer with foot switch, adjustable working height from 700mm to 900mm with an adjustable heavy duty support shelf.
The vertical heat sealer is suitable for sealing bags that are required to kept upright like sacks for flowable product, liquids and powders or powders and bulky materials like gravel, aggregates or firewood.
Foot Switch Sealers provide a faster hands free sealing operation.
Supplied with stand, pedestal, adjustable worktable and spare element.
All heat sealers from PackSealer are built to the high specification and incorporate an adjustable timer control to suit a wide variety of films from 2 x 25μ (2 x 100 gauge) to 2 x 250μ (2 x 1000 gauge). Approximately up to 10 packages can be sealed per minute.

In automatic mode the sealer will close at preset intervals without the need to press the foot switch.

The seal width is 5mm, however a 8mm conversion is available.

To ensure that you have continued products a maintenance kit is a good optional addition.

The vertical sealer comes with a heavy duty support stand and adjustable product support tray.

Important note.

When sealing the initial load creates a spike in demand for a fraction of a second that can trip the electrical breaker.  This type of spike is common with motors when they start up. We recommend that a C type breaker is installed (commonly called motor rated) which accommodate the spike. Alternatively  a B32 type breaker.

A B type breaker may trip when the voltage goes over the limit for 100 milliseconds and the C type work on a longer time period before they trip.  This heat sealer can go over the 20amp (B20) for more than 100 milliseconds but not over 32 amp (B32).
