This is a robust, high-quality machine for medium to higher volumes. Its stainless steel construction ensures both durability and hygienic operation, making it ideal for demanding packaging environments.

The digital control panel accommodates to easily adjust the process parameters to the requirements of your bags (e.g. throughput speed, sealing temperature and cooling fan). Up to 9 pre-programmed process recipes, including machine and conveyor height settings, enable rapid and effortless selection of  the required process parameter settings for diverse batch packaging.

The Horizontal Continuous Sealer conveyor belt is attached with rubber guide on the inside and it runs along the groove made on the conveyor frame, with product infeed from right to left. This structure keeps the belt always in the centre position therefore the adjustment is not necessary anymore. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including an automatic cool down function. Polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminium and other laminates can be sealed because of the PTFE belts.
